The correct measuring tool is important to measure the stride length correctly. Perfect are yardstick and water scale. In case you do not have a water scale, a book is helpful.
You should fully undress. Then pull the water scale up into the crotch. Then determine the stride length using the tarpaulin or a metering measure from the upper edge of the water scale to the ground. If you are using a book, stand on the wall to clamp the book horizontally between the legs.
If possible, get someone to help you measure the stride length. The more accurate your step length is, the more accurate we can get your perfect frame size.
